Easy workout plan for the week: (Stretch after every session) Day 1- 30 min cardio, 15 Burpees, 50 crunches Day 2- 30 min cardio, 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats... Day 3- 30 min cardio, 50 crunches, 25 push ups Day 4- 30 min cardio, 20 Burpees, 50 plie squats Day 5- 30 min cardio, 50 jumping jacks Day 6- 30 min cardio, 50 crunches, 25 push ups (Hands close together to work triceps) Day 7- Rest

*Listen to music that moves your soul and gets you singing out loud! Put your headphones on and tune out the world. Be determined, Be strong, Have Faith in yourself and expect nothing but positive results and energy.
