I bring my services to you.  Harness the power of your own strength through conditioning exercises using your own body weight.  A 60 minute session includes HIIT training combined with slow, controlled movements.  The HIIT gets your heart rate into the maximum fat burning zone while strengthening your muscles.  The rest periods  focus on slow and controlled movements which circulates the energy deep within your organs replenishing and maximizing the energy used through the HIIT periods.  The combination of the two forms is based on the Mind/Body and Spirit connection.  Be prepared to sweat and work hard!  My promise to you is that after every session, you will feel like you have pushed through your comfort zone.  With every session, you expand your comfort zone a little more while strengthening your body in ways that will leave you wanting more.
 
Pricing:
 
1)  5 sessions:  $250/$50 per session
 
2)10 Sessions:  $450/$45 per session
 
3)11-30 Session:  $45 per session
